Bond with your baby through Massage

Massage really strengthens your bond with your baby and helps your baby learn to communicate and feel nurtured. It can also help with colic, digestive problems, wind, circulation and sleeping. During my classes you will learn a full body massage as well as a Colic routine and you will learn when the best times are to massage your baby at home. The sessions are designed to be relaxing for you and your baby in a supportive laid back setting.

Baby Massage Classes

My baby massage classes are warm and welcoming and I always endeavour to ensure that the needs of all parents/carers and babies are met. All my venues are easily accessible, warm and comfortable for babies. You will learn a full body massage to use on your baby, a separate colic routine to help reduce the painful symptoms of colic as well as learning to read your babies cues and communicate with you newborn effectively.

Lisa is terrific! I hosted her and 5 of my new mum friends at my home in the early days of parenting for a 5 week class. She teaches a wonderful, well-rounded course that helped us all bond with our babies and each other. It was such fun to have everyone over each week and watch the babies grow and develop. – and really start to enjoy the massages! The mums would usually stay after and we’d have tea and lunch. One of my favourite activities of the first 3 months of being a new mum. Enjoy!

Loved attending the baby massage classes in St Albans. Lisa is a wonderful teacher and I found the classes so relaxing for me and my baby. Would highly recommend! Thank you Lisa X

“I took this class with my colicky 10 weeks old son. Whilst he cried through most of the classes, I was able to take what I learned and do massage with him every morning. After only 2 weeks he started relaxing more and letting me massage him daily. Even was able to get sunscreen on him without hassle on a recent trip to Greece.

The class itself was a joy and Lisa is lovely and supportive. I definitely recommend it!”

Stefanie Hingley

My youngest son and I attended this course and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lisa has a lovely, calming, relaxed approach to teaching and this really helped us learn the techniques.

I would highly recommend baby massage as a fabulous way to bond. I also used some of the strokes on my eldest who enjoyed it too!”
